💡 Do your cases support wireless charging?
Absolutely! We use our own cases every day and wirelessly charge our phones without any issues.
🧲 Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
Not all of them — but we do offer specific MagSafe-compatible cases! Be sure to check the product description for MagSafe support before purchasing.
🛡 Will your cases protect my phone?
Yes! Our cases are designed to protect your phone from everyday drops, scratches, and wear. We use a range of durable materials across our product lines.
🚚 How long does it take to ship my order?
All our cases are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days via USPS First Class (or equivalent service).

🌳 Are your wood cases made from real wood?
Yes — the wood used on the back of our cases is 100% real bamboo, sealed and handcrafted just for you.
⚖️ Are your cases heavy?
Not at all! Our cases are slim, lightweight, and most weigh less than 2 ounces — sleek and protective.
💧 What happens if the case gets wet?
No worries! Our wooden cases are fully sealed for water resistance. Still, we recommend avoiding submersion or swimming with the case on.
🎨 Can I order a custom case?
Yes! If you have a unique design or need a case for a phone not listed, we offer custom orders on a case-by-case basis.

📦 What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Please contact USPS first with your tracking number. If they’re unable to assist, email us with the details and we’ll help investigate.
⏳ Why haven’t I heard back from customer service?
We’re a small, passionate team handling everything ourselves — from production to emails. We aim to respond within a few hours during business hours, but during busy periods, it may take 1–2 business days. Sending multiple emails may delay our response, so we appreciate your patience!
📱 What if my phone model isn’t listed on the website?
We support most major phone models. If yours isn’t listed, please contact us — we may be able to create a custom fit just for you.
